Mr. Amar Chinubhai Doshi (DIN:00856635), aged 62 years, is the Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He has been a Director of our Company since incorporation and has been appointed as Managing Director with effect from February 01, 2018. He completed his Diploma in Man-made fibres fabrics (with in Plant Training) in the year 1984. He has more than 36 years of experience in the Sheet Metal Fabrication business. Since the date of incorporation of the Company, he is involved in planning, strategies and capacity expansion, and business development of our Company. His scope of work also includes overall management of the Stainless-Steel polishing division of our Company.

Mr. Karan Amar Doshi (DIN:06690242), aged 38 years, is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of our Company. He has been the Director since incorporation and has been designated as Whole Time Director with effect from February 01, 2018. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Pune in the year 2009. Further, he also completed his Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California in the year 2011. He has over 16 years of business experience in the Sheet metal fabrication business. He is the Production Head of our Company and is involved in overseeing the production process and planning and organizing production schedules.

Mr. Monish Amar Doshi (DIN:06690246), aged 36 years, is the Promoter, Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been a Director of our Company since incorporation and has been appointed as CFO with effect from February 01, 2018. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Pune in the year 2009. Further, he also completed his Master of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University in the year 2013. He has over 15 years of experience in Sheet metal fabrication and more than 14 years of experience in the Elevator sector business. He is responsible for administrative and risk management operations and to develop a financial and operational strategy for our Company. Apart from that, He is the Sales & Marketing Head of our Company and involved in the development of marketing opportunities and planning and implementation of new sales plans.

Mr. Hetal Rumendrabhai Mehta (DIN:03370244), aged 59 years, is the Independent Director of Company. He has been appointed as an Independent Director with effect from February 01, 2018. He completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Technical Examinations Board – Gujarat State in the year 1984. He also obtained the Post Diploma in Advanced Technological Course in Tool Engineering by the board of Technical Examination on behalf of the Government of Maharashtra in the year 1987. He had been awarded Grade B by the Institute of Marketing & Management for a Diploma in Business Management in 1988-89. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Gujarat University in January 1996. A certificate has been issued in his favour by the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) Japan for completion of Introduction to Design Management (X520) dated March 09, 2012. He has experience of more than 33 years in the field of Engineering. He is responsible to put the framework of Corporate Governance in the functioning of our Company and protecting the interest of the Shareholders.
He has enrich experience in the field of Engineering and overall business scenario.
He is also a Director in 1 (One) Public Limited Company named Meera Industries Limited.
Mr. Pradeepkumar Sanmukhlal Choksi (DIN:02709943), aged 61 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He completed his Master of Technology in Urban Planning in the year 2013 from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, Gujarat, India. He has professional experience of more than 28 years in the field of Architecture and other Businesses. He is responsible to put the framework of Corporate Governance in the functioning of the Company and protecting the interest of the Shareholders.

Mrs. Shrungi Kiranbhai Desai (DIN:08063562), aged 59 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. She has completed her LLB (Special) Examination in May 1989 from South Gujarat University. She also holds a certificate of the Bar Council of Gujarat since year December 1989. She has professional experience of around 38 years in the field of Law. She is responsible to put the framework of Corporate Governance in the functioning of the Company and protecting the interest of the Shareholders.
